Good value, some minor issues

I purchased UniConverter last month, mainly for the video conversion and DVD burning features. The software itself is pretty solid; it converted a batch of old home videos quickly, and the quality was good. Burning to DVD was straightforward too. However, I found the interface a little clunky when trying to access the GIF Maker – it wasn't as intuitive as the main conversion tools. Customer service was responsive when I had a question about my license key, which was a plus. Overall, it's a good piece of software for the price, but there's room for improvement in user experience for some of the less-used features.

Love my new PDFeditor!

I just bought PDFelement and it's fantastic! I had so many documents to combine and edit for work, and this software made it so easy. I was worried it would be complicated, but it was really intuitive. I even used it to convert a few PDFs into Word docs without losing any formatting, which was a huge time-saver. This is going to make my workflow so much smoother. I'm already thinking about what else I can do with it!

Fast download, works well

Got Filmora for a project. Download was quick, installed easily. Used it to edit a short video. It did what I needed. No problems.

Consistent performance for years

I've been a Wondershare customer for a few years now, primarily using Dr. Fone. This latest purchase was an upgrade for my annual subscription. It's reliably helped me recover data from my phone multiple times. The process is always smooth, and I haven't encountered any major hiccups across different phone models. It's that consistent performance that keeps me coming back instead of trying other tools. They've maintained good support over the years too.
